CARE & MAINTENANCE GUIDE

This owner's manual is designed to help you operate and maintain your watch so that it can provide you with accurate and reliable timekeeping for many years to come.

Operating Instructions

Please use the following instructions when setting the time and winding your watch.

Unscrew the Crown

Position 1 - The crown is the small knob on the side of the watch. If the watch has a screw-down crown, you must first unscrew it to operate the watch. To unscrew the crown, rotate it in a counter-clockwise direction. Once fully unscrewed, the crown will pop out.

Winding the Watch

Position 2 - Automatic watches are powered by a mainspring, which is wound by the natural movement of your wrist throughout the day.

However, if you have not worn your watch for an extended period of time, you may need to manually wind the watch to start it. To do this, simply turn the crown clockwise until it stops. Be careful not to overwind the watch, as this can cause damage to the movement.

Setting the Time

Position 3 - To set the time on your automatic watch, pull the crown out to the first position. If the watch has a date window, then pull the crown out to the second position.

This will allow you to turn the hands of the watch to the correct time. Once you have set the time, push the crown back in to its original position.

Secure the Crown

Once you have finished winding the watch and/or changing the time, you will need to screw the crown back in.

Firstly, return the crown to it's original position, then gently push the crown back into the centre point of the watch. While applying gentle pressure, begin rotating the crown in a clockwise direction. Make sure to rotate it carefully and do not overtighten it. Continue rotating the crown in a clockwise direction until it is fully screwed down and snugly in place. Once the crown is fully screwed down, check that it is secure and flush against the watch case.

Do not over-tighten the crown as this could damage the watch's movement or the crown itself.

Maintenance Instructions

Please use the following instructions to maintain the quality and condition of your watch.

Cleaning the Watch

To keep your watch looking its best, clean it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the watch's finish. If you need to clean the watch more thoroughly, use a specialized watch cleaning solution and a soft brush.

Servicing the Watch

To keep your watch in top working condition, it is recommended that you have it serviced by a professional watchmaker every 3-5 years. During this service, the watchmaker will clean and lubricate the movement, replace any worn parts, and check the watch for accuracy.

Storing the Watch

When not in use, store your watch in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing the watch in extreme temperatures or in a place where it may be exposed to magnetic fields.

General Care Instructions

To ensure that your automatic watch continues to provide accurate and reliable timekeeping, it is important to take good care of it. Here are some general care instructions to keep in mind:

Avoid Magnets

Avoid exposing your watch to strong magnetic fields, as this can interfere with the movement and cause the watch to run inaccurately. Keep your watch away from speakers, industrial computers, and other electronic devices that may have magnetic fields.

Avoid Extreme Temperatures

Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures, as this can damage the movement and cause the watch to run inaccurately. Do not leave your watch in direct sunlight or in a hot car, and avoid exposing it to extreme cold.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals

Avoid using harsh chemicals, such as solvents or detergents, to clean your watch, as these can damage the watch's finish. Use only specialized watch cleaning solutions, which are designed specifically for use on watches.
