SHIPPING POLICY​

Dunlaing Watches are shipped out from the United Kingdom. All prices are shown in GBP without VAT or any taxes. UK customers will need to pay VAT (20%) on their purchases. This will be calculated at checkout.

Free Worldwide Shipping on Orders over £95.

​

At this time, we are not able to process custom charges for international customer. Therefore it will be the customers' responsibility to pay these fees. International customers can calculate their approximate customs charges via https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/

​

Orders can take 2 to 5 working days to be processed. Once processed, target shipping times to various regions are as follows:

- UK: 2-3 working days

- Europe: 3-5 working days

- Worldwide: 5-7 working days

​

Deliveries are fully tracked and require signature upon delivery. 

​

Dunlaing Watches uses International Tracked & Signed via Royal Mail (or other shipping services that we see fit) to ship all orders. International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East

We are unable to ship to the following address:

Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine and Zimbabwe.

If there are issues with when trying to ship to a country that is not on the list above, please contact us about the issue.

Please inspect your watch thoroughly upon receipt, before wearing. It may be tried on for size, but for returns to be accepted:

  1. Product must be in brand new condition

  2. Product must be unaltered and unused (bracelet cannot be sized, strap cannot be worn)

  3. Protective plastic still needs to be intact, if applicable

RETURNS POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

​

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your product may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. Our policy begins 14 days after your tracking number indicates delivery. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Product must be in brand new condition

  2. Product must be unaltered and unused (bracelet cannot be sized, strap cannot be worn)

  3. Protective plastic still needs to be intact, if applicable

INSPECTION

​

Returned products will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If the product is found to be in any other condition other than the above, it will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense.

RETURN SHIPPING

​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

REFUNDS POLICY

Once a return has been accepted by satisfying the requirements outlined above, a refund (less original shipping paid) will be promptly issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be received.
